Shipping policy
All of our products ship next business day from our distribution center in Niagara Falls, Canada via UPS/Fedex/Intelcom. Under normal circumstances our products will arrive to your home in 3-5 business days within Canada and 5-7 Business Days for US/International orders although we try our best to get them there faster as we want you receive your product soon! For a more accurate delivery date estimate based on your Postal/Zip Code please see our delivery date forecast tool above the Add to Cart button. Once your product is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation notification along with your Tracking # by email from support@arizswoodcraft.com so please make sure to add that address to your safe list. If you order more than one item they will ship separately and you will receive a tracking# for each item.
If you need to report a lost package, a claim must be made within 30 days of the carrier stated delivery date.
